Massage Therapy Services Cancellation Policy

• Minimum of 12 hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 fee. Payment will be the responsibility of the client directly and not of the insurance company
• Altering a service while attending a session, will not be accepted, client will be liable for the full amount.
• No Shows, will be charged a $25.00 fee at their next visit
