Cancellation & No Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in our day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment entirely (a no-show), will be charged a cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file. (50%, of the session fee) Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges or the inability to book future appointments.
Payment for missed appointments or late cancellations is the responsibility of the client directly and not that of the insurance company.
To help your appointment run smoothly, all required intake and consent paperwork must be completed prior to your scheduled appointment time. If paperwork is not completed in advance, direct billing may not be available, and payment will be the responsibility of the client at the time of the appointment.
